Dear MAPA Members:

Please share your perspective in this 15-20 minute survey. Made possible by funding from the GE Foundation and RIZE Massachusetts, Shatterproof, a national advocacy organization addressing stigma, and the Massachusetts Medical Society are partnering together to understand Massachusetts’ response to the opioid epidemic and to conduct an assessment to identify opportunities for improvement and support.  We believe this effort will be strengthened by your participation.

Your answers will allow Shatterproof and MMS to create a program to better serve provider needs when working with patients with opioid use disorder. Your participation is voluntary. You may choose to answer the survey or not. Your answers are confidential.  No information will be presented or published in any way that would permit identification of any individual.

As a thank you for completing the survey, and in recognition of your time, you will be provided a discount code that can be used to purchase 1-hour of online CME via the Massachusetts Medical Society Website.

If you have any questions about the survey, please do not hesitate to contact Thank you in advance for your participation.
