Our Commitment to You As we look forward to joining together, we want to assure you that health and safety are our priority. We will be closely following local and national health recommendations and will be quick to communicate any changes to policies, guidelines, and precautions during the weeks leading up to the conference. We are requiring: Proof of Vaccination All conference attendees and staff are required to be fully vaccinated, which is defined as being at least two weeks after receipt of the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series or at least two weeks after receipt of one dose of a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine. All attendees will show proof (picture of vaccination card or actual card) prior to receiving their badge at the conference. Adherence to COVID-19 Guidelines MAPA staff, attendees and exhibitors will adhere to COVID-19 guidelines set forth by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the city of Springfield. Religious or Medical Exemption If you are exempt from being vaccinated due to medical or religious reasons, please email megan@mckennamanagement.com with proof of exemption. You will receive an email in response within 2 weeks letting you know if your request to attend without being vaccinated is approved or declined after a full review with the planning committee.
