Wellness and Safety Protocols

To foster a safe environment and provide opportunities for networking and interaction, MAPA has established preventative measures to minimize the risk of exposure to Covid-19. Among other measures, we are requiring all conference attendees to provide proof of full vaccination at check-in and are following guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control, Massachusetts Department of Health, and the City of Springfield .

Cancellation Policy 

In the event of a cancellation, notice must be received, in writing, two (2) weeks before the event (April 16, 2022) to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made after April 16, 2022 will not be eligible for a refund.
